By purchasing one of our photo packages, the client agrees to the following terms regarding cancellations and refunds:
Cancellations:
- Once the files have been delivered and downloaded by the client, order cancellations will not be accepted.
- If the client is unable to access the files due to technical issues attributable to our platform, we are committed to providing a solution, which may include a new download link or technical assistance.
Refunds:
- Once the files have been delivered and downloaded by the client, refunds will not be accepted.
- If the client experiences issues with the delivered files (e.g., corrupted files), each case will be individually evaluated, and a solution will be sought, which could include resending the files.
Quality Guarantee:
We guarantee that the photos meet the agreed professional standards and the editing style shown during the preview at the time of purchase.
- In the event of a demonstrable error on our part (e.g., corrupted photos), we will offer a replacement or correction within 7 days after download.
- By clicking on the download link, the client acknowledges that they have read and accepted these policies.
