Rescue operations are the cornerstone of our conservation efforts. We are constantly on alert, ready to respond to reports of any marine mammal in distress near our shores.

Our highly trained team of marine biologists and veterinarians work around the clock, employing the latest techniques and technologies to ensure the safe and effective rescue of these majestic creatures. Whether it’s a stranded whale, a dolphin in need of immediate medical attention, or a sea lion entangled in fishing gear, we are equipped to handle a wide range of emergency situations.

Once a marine mammal is rescued, it is brought to our state-of-the-art medical facilities, where it undergoes a thorough examination and receives the necessary treatment. Our rehabilitation process is meticulously designed to address the specific needs of each animal, ensuring they receive the highest standard of care.

Our facilities are equipped with advanced medical equipment, and our team is proficient in providing a range of treatments from minor injuries to critical care. We also have specialized pools and enclosures that mimic natural habitats, allowing the animals to recover in a stress-free environment.

The ultimate goal of our efforts is to release rehabilitated marine mammals back into their natural habitats. We carefully monitor the health and progress of each animal throughout their rehabilitation journey, ensuring they are fully recovered and capable of surviving in the wild. Our release protocols are rigorous, involving detailed assessments and often tracking the animals post-release to ensure their continued well-being.

In addition to our hands-on rescue and rehabilitation work, we are passionate about educating the public on the importance of marine conservation. In our Marine Mammal Centers located in Puerto Vallarta, Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo, we offer a variety of interactive and educational programs designed to raise awareness about the challenges faced by marine ecosystems and the steps we can all take to protect them.
